What delivery options are available?

We offer two options: 

  1. Self-collection at our HQ
    Travel For All Marketing Sdn Bhd,
    PT 60303, Jalan KPB 2 Kawasan Perindustrian,
    Kampung Baru Balakong, 43300 Seri Kembangan,
    Selangor.

  2. Courier delivery via City-Link.


How long does it normally take to ship out items once payment is made?

  • Order Processing & Shipping: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 working day after payment is received.

  • Self-Collection: Orders will be ready for collection within 2 working days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up, and/or our Customer Service team will notify you via WhatsApp once your order is ready. 

    • Collection Hours:
      Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays)
      9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Delivery Orders: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a tracking link for your reference. Delivery timelines are subject to the courier service provider and the delivery destination.

    • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days

    • East Malaysia: 7–14 working days
