How do I make a return?
To ensure your satisfaction, you may return your purchase within 14 days from the invoice date, provided that:

Items are in original condition

All product tags are attached
-
Original packaging is intact
-
Invoice is included
-
Items have not been worn or washed
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sale merchandise & winter wear due to hygiene reasons unless the item is defective or incorrect.
All returned items are subject to a final inspection to ensure compliance with our return policy. Items that do not meet the stated requirements will be rejected and returned to you at your own cost.
If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, our Customer Service team will
arrange for a reverse pickup via courier at no additional charge to you.
If your order included a Gift With Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If it is not returned, charges equivalent to the GWP value will apply.
Once we receive your returned item, our customer service will inspect it and process the refund within 5-10 working days.

How do I make an exchange?

Please return the original item to us via courier at your own cost. If the item is
confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will arrange a reverse pickup via
courier at no additional charge to you. -
Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will proceed to dispatch
the replacement or exchange item to you via courier. -
A shipping fee of RM20 (West Malaysia only) will be charged for exchanges, except in cases where the error is due to our fault.
Can I return items at a store or counter?
Returns for online purchases are not accepted at stores or counters. All online
purchases must be returned directly to our HQ in Balakong, Selangor, either by courier or self-delivery.

When will I receive my refund?
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will conduct a quality inspection within 5–10 working days to ensure compliance with our return policy.
Once your return has been approved, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been successfully processed.
Terms & Conditions
We, Travel For All Marketing Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If an item is rejected, we will dispatch the item to you via courier and you are required to bear the shipping fees,
In the event of a dispute, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual cash value paid (after promotional discounts), excluding shipping fees.
