Terms of Use
Dear Member,
Thank you for using the Store's services (the "Service"). The Store will provide the convenient transactions to you in accordance with the following terms (the "Terms"). In order to protect your benefits, please read the Terms carefully. Once you have registered as the Member of the Store, or have started using the Service, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed the whole Terms and all contents of this "Privacy Statement" (the "Statement”). Please do not register as the Member and stop using the Service immediately, if you do not agree with any part of the Terms. The Terms are provided as follows:
A. Member Information
1. Before using the Service, you must provide the correct personal data to register as the Member without any registration fee; after completing the registration, the Member is entitled to use the Service and participates in the activities related to the Service. If any changes of your personal data, the Member shall update instantly to protect your benefits. If any Member fails to update his/her personal data correctly and result in being unable to receive any information send out by the Store, including the member’s benefits, discounts, activity contents, or the notifications of change, termination of Member's benefits, discounts, and activity contents, the Member agrees to be deemed to have received the information and/or notifications under these circumstances.
2. The Member's personal data is protected and regulated by the Statement of the Store.
B. Changes to the Service Content
Member agrees that the Store may adjust, change, modify or terminate the Service and the Terms at any time, and these actions are effective upon issuing the announcement from Store without further individual notifications.
The latest Terms shall supersede all previous versions of Terms.
C. Notifications and Consents of Personal Data:
In order to provide the best service and to protect the personal data for our members, the Store hereby inform you the followings in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (the "Law"):
(1) Purpose of Collection, Classification, Period, Area, Data Subject and Way of the Use of Personal Data
In order to provide members with the information of various discount, goods, services, activities and the latest Store’s information, and to effectively manage member information, conduct services and investigation, survey the satisfaction and consumption statistical analysis (the "Purpose"), before the disappearance of the aforementioned Purpose, the Store within the necessary areas and the Purpose will proceed with the collection, processing and use of personal data, purchasing and transaction information, and/or other personal data agreed and provided by you when registering or in the future. The Store within the Purpose may provide your personal data to our cooperative partners (include but are not limited to the Service provider "91APP").
For example, when the Member completes the online transaction, it’s deemed that the Member agrees and authorizes the Store to provide your personal data such as the recipient's name, delivery address, telephone number, etc. to the Delivery Partners such as home delivery companies, freight transportation companies or others to facilitate the delivery of goods.
(2) Note:
You agree to use electronic documents as the written consent. If you do not agree to provide your personal data, or request to delete or discontinue collection, processing, or use of personal data, you understand that the Store may be unable to either assess online membership qualification and related operation process, or provide you with complete network services.

To ensure your privacy and personal data protection, Travel For All hereby explains the purpose, categories, scope, and methods of personal data collection, your rights, and other privacy-related matters. If you have any questions about Travel For All's privacy statement or personal data protection, please contact the Travel For All customer service center, and Travel For All will reply as soon as possible.
Scope:
The Travel For All privacy statement applies only to websites (including mobile device apps) owned and operated byTravel For All. The Travel For All website may contain many links, or products or services provided by other partners and individual store operators. Regarding the web pages, apps, partner websites, or individual store operators to which these links point, they will collect, process, and utilize your personal data in accordance with their respective privacy statements or personal data regulations. You should understand these regulations before using such websites or apps to evaluate whether to use them. Travel For All does not make any recommendations or guarantees for such websites or apps.
The Purpose and Categories of Personal Information for Collection:
To provide e-commerce services, after-sales services, fulfill legal or contractual obligations, protect the rights of the parties involved and relevant stakeholders, engage in marketing, customer management and services, and operate business activities in accordance with registered business items or organizational bylaws, Travel For All will collect your name, contact information (including but not limited to phone number, email, and address), data necessary for marketing purposes: education level, employment status, marital status, economic status, and information required for completing payment or collection (based on the actual information you provide), as well as personal data that can be directly or indirectly identified and is automatically recorded by the system in conjunction with the above data or activities. Furthermore, in order to enhance service quality, Travel For All will automatically log users' IP addresses and browsing activities on Travel For All's related websites or apps according to the nature of the services provided. This information will be used for traffic analysis, online behavior research, and machine learning calculations to improve the service quality of Travel For All's related websites or apps. The data used for analysis or utilization will not be combined with information that can identify you personally.
The Use of Personal Information:
Period:
Travel For All will collect, process, and utilize your personal data within the scope of the aforementioned specific purposes. The period of data utilization is the duration of your membership with Travel For All and 5 years thereafter. However, after the termination of the membership, Travel For All will not actively utilize your personal data, but only retain it for tax and litigation evidence or investigation purposes.
Recipients and Region:
To fulfill contracts and enhance member services, Travel For All will provide the collected personal data to relevant financial, logistics, and information outsourcing partners, and process or utilize personal data at the data storage locations or cloud service provider server locations selected by these partners (including but not limited to overseas cloud service providers such as AWS data centers in Japan or the United States, 91APP, express delivery companies, communication service providers, financial service providers, and other third-party vendors necessary to assist Travel For All in fulfilling contractual obligations or customer service). If Travel For All entrusts 91APP for consignment sales, Travel For All will jointly collect member personal data with 91APP. However, in such cases, 91APP will only collect, process, and utilize transaction-related data within the necessary scope of issuing invoices on its behalf.
LINE Notification Messages
Travel For All may use LINE notification messages through its official account or entrust a partner (such as 91APP) to use LINE notification messages through the partner's official account to notify essential information such as returns, refunds, and member rights. Even if you have not added the company or the outsourced partner's relevant service as a friend, you can still receive notification messages. Notification messages sent by the company or outsourced partner's service are limited to effective and important messages for you; messages for advertising or other purposes will not be sent. You will receive notification messages if you meet the following three conditions: (1) The phone number set in your LINE account matches the phone number sent by the company or outsourced partner's service. (2) The LINE account has agreed to receive notification messages in the LINE APP settings. (3) The LINE account has not blocked the LINE official account sending the message. To change the notification message settings, follow these steps: (1) Click 'Friends' > 'Settings'. (2) Click 'Privacy Settings'. (3) Click 'Provide usage data'. (4) Click 'Notification messages'. (5) Toggle 'Receive notification messages'. After turning off 'Receive notification messages,' you will not receive notification messages from any corporate official accounts or certified official accounts.
Anti-money Laundering:
If you choose to pay by credit card, it is limited to the credit card holder themselves, and the transaction data may be verified by the issuing bank, acquiring bank, and cardholder to confirm its authenticity. The payment process will only be deemed complete after successful verification. The payment process is only completed after successful verification. Use by Third Parties and Advertising (Analysis) Services:
To optimize your consumption experience, we provide related third-party authentication services, such as Google, Facebook, Apple, and LINE, allowing you to quickly complete the registration and login process on this website. At the same time, to make it easier for you to access preferred product information, we will share your personal data with advertising analysis and delivery service providers such as Google, Facebook, Line, Yahoo, Criteo, Adobe, and Tagtoo, for the purpose of optimizing ad delivery and usage processes on different platforms. If your mobile phone is lost, your mobile phone number is changed, or the ownership of your mobile phone number is changed, please be sure to contact Travel For All to further complete the necessary personal information changes to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data and transaction data. If you do not submit the aforementioned information change request, you shall bear all possible damages.
Right of the Parties Concerned in Personal Information:
The parties concerned in personal information may request for the inquiry or viewing of his or her own personal information, or for providing reproduced copies. Should you have change in your personal information, or discover any error in your personal information, you may request for revision or update with Travel For All. Any erroneous or missing information you provided will not be protected under this declaration. You may request for the deletion, stop processing or stop using your personal information unless otherwise required for the performance of duties or business by Travel For All. In light of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the users in EU countries will stop using the services provided by Travel For All for the time being. Should you require additional information, please contact the customer service center of Travel For All. Should you elect to exercise your right of deletion, please contact the Travel For All customer service center. We will charge for the service and will inform the requesting party privately in writing of the result.

However, depending on the nature or conditions of each service, you may not be able to use such services or complete relevant transactions, and Travel For All reserves the right to decide whether to provide such relevant services or complete relevant transactions.
